What is the average shipping time?
Due to a high volume of orders during our special sale, please note that there is a slight delay in delivery.
We process all orders within 24 hours. Once shipped, your order should arrive within approximately 6-12 days.

How do I track my order?
After we finish processing your order, you will receive a tracking code via email. This code allows you to monitor the progress of your order closely.
In the event that you haven't received the tracking code, kindly check your junk mail folder. If it's not there, please use the contact form to get in touch with us, and we will promptly send you the tracking code.
What payment methods can I use to complete the order?
At Buckley, we prioritize our customers' security by exclusively partnering with SSL certified providers. This ensures a worry-free shopping and payment experience.

Where can I read the company policies?

We strive to ship and deliver every package on time. However, during special sales and peak periods, such as Christmas, Father's Day, Black Friday, etc., we experience a high volume of orders which can occasionally lead to delays.

I have not received my ‘’order confirmation’’ or ‘’tracking info’’ email.
If you have not received either of these mail, kindly check your junk mail folder.

On the tracking page it says delivered, but I have not received anything.
If your tracking page indicates a successful delivery but you have not received the package yet, we advise waiting an additional 1-2 days, as sometimes the delivery company updates the package status early.
If your package still has not arrived after this period, please contact our customer service team by filling out the form below.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 4 hours. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible because your order is being processed. You can then use your right to return your order.

How do I shorten my belt?
You can easily shorten your belt yourself by following these steps:
- Cut off excess belt length on the side of the buckle.
- Attach the buckle to the belt by closing the lid.
- Enjoy your custom-fitted Buckley belt!

How much should I cut off to shorten my belt?
This varies per person. We recommend determining your waist size and then cutting the strap little by little until you find the perfect length.
There are also guidelines on the inside of the strap to help determine how much to cut off. This ensures you achieve the perfect length every time you put on the belt!
What materials are the belts made out of?
We use high-quality split leather for all our belts. This means that the outer/visible parts of the belt are entirely made from natural cowhide leather, while the inside of the belt is crafted from reinforced material. This approach helps extend the lifespan of the belt and make our products as environmentally friendly as possible.
The buckles are made from high-quality metal, ensuring their durability. Once you wear a Buckley Belt, you'll never want another!
Our Buckley Belt has a maximum length of 49 inches and a width of 1.4 inches. We also offer an XL version, which is 59 inches in length.
Does the belt come with a warranty?
Every Buckley Belt automatically comes with a 10-year warranty. If you experience any issues with your belt, simply contact us, and we will ensure you receive a replacement free of charge.
How do I take off my belt?
Taking off your Buckley Belt is very simple:
- For male belts: Press and hold the button on the side of the buckle, and the belt will release.
- For female belts: Lift and hold the upper lever on the buckle to release the belt.
Is the belt nickel-free?
No! Our belts are not nickel-free, unfortunately, so keep that in mind if you are allergic.
